‘Hey Arnold’ and ‘Rugrats’ characters as imagined in their 20s by Celeste Pille.
this is toooo cool!!
Study breaks down energy needed to produce and transport bottled water.
What a waste of resources. We’re depleting our oil supplies because people are too lazy to get a reusable bottle and a filter.
Sometimes it’s not that the person is lazy, but because of lack of economic resources. Being a student, with a non-working mom (who can’t work because of several debts that would just have her salary completely taken from her), and a younger sister, we cannot give in into the luxury of a bottle with a filter. It’s too expensive, when one can buy one bottle and re-use for up to three weeks (depending on how one treats it).
Filters are expensive, here. The bottle as well. And in the beginning of the month, after taking out the money for monthly bills and school’s monthly fee, we have barely money for house/personal necessities and good.
And let me assure you, living healthy is damned expensive. Especially the food. Veggies are great, and all, but variety is at a price that leaves me sad because I do not have the financial security to support such a habit.
What I really want to say is: sometimes is just not the fact of “being lazy to get a bottle and a filter”. No. Sometimes, it’s just that the money one has simply does not support just a luxury (filters are damned expensive) and it does not compensate.
Alternative for the (really) poor: A simple plastic bottle will due nicely. Just refill it, and use it as much as possible. You’ll spend less money on bottles, and use at least the half of the quantity you would probably use.
I love seeing men with their babies. Further more, there is only three ways to make it even sweeter:
- The father is a soldier/marine/etc.
- The father has a style considered Alternative.
- The father has tattoos and piercings.
It kind of breaks the shell of toughness in each and every, at least for me, showing the pure feeling of love in each men, which for me always represents a rather toughness and strength.
